I defend individuals and businesses in Milan and throughout Italy. Over a decade of experience and an approach tailored to each case, from the first allegation to the conclusion of proceedings.
My practice also covers offences against the person and property. I represent adults and minors and assist victims of crime, including civil claims within criminal proceedings.
I defend companies and other entities in proceedings under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, including precautionary and disqualifying measures. Alongside defence work, I advise on preventing criminal risk.
I provide representation from preliminary investigations through precautionary proceedings, trial and appeals. Assistance continues after a judgment becomes final, in sentence enforcement and sentence-supervision proceedings, including applications for alternatives to imprisonment.
